The United Nations anti-drug organization, in collaboration with the Chinese and Myanmar police, launched an operation against the drug trafficking ring led by the Saka Group, which was attempting to smuggle drugs through China to the rest of the world. Forest police officer Zheng Hongfeng unexpectedly becomes entangled in a major drug trafficking case and finds himself in grave danger.
