“I didn’t fail as a musical artist. I left music voluntarily. If I wanted to continue, I would have,” Arinze explained.
He further shared his background, revealing that he studied theatre arts at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, and pursued music on his own terms after graduating. “I did well in school, then I dove into music by choice. When I decided to focus on acting, that became my priority.”
Arinze also mentioned that he plans to make a return to music in the future, though not for financial gain.
“I can always go back to music. I didn’t fail. I have two albums, I just took a break from it. When the time feels right, I’ll return,” he said, emphasizing that his comeback won’t be driven by commercial interests but by a genuine passion for singing.
“I will return to music not for profit, but because I love it. The voice is still there,” he added.
